Hi! My name is Tammy (Or Tamara as many of you will know me by). I am a pet portrait and wildlife artist.
Growing up on a smallholding in the countryside has meant I have always loved being around animals, and have been lucky enough to have many growing up from pigs and chickens to molly lambs and rabbits etc..
Now as an adult, I have my own two fur babies pictured to the right- Mika (Grey tabby) and Norman (White). They are gorgeous rescue cats saved from the streets of Kuwait (If you can believe it!) and are the most affectionate cats ever- I am very lucky.
All of my experience with animals means I have a unique ability to truly capture your pets character and likeness in my portraits with great attention to detail.

Send a reference photo
Any artist will tell you that a good reference photo really can make a huge difference to the outcome of a portrait! I look for images that are taken in daylight (no artificial light) to accurately represent fur colouring, non blurred and taken at eye level with the subject (not taken from above the head or below). This is something I am more than happy to help with and discuss with you to find the perfect photo to work from.
Pay deposit to secure booking
I require a 20% deposit to book your portrait in- This is non refundable unless I am personally unable to complete your portrait for you, in which case I will issue a full refund. You then only pay the remainder once I have finished your portrait and made sure you are happy with it.
